As far as memory will go, from growing up surrounded by her mother's own designs, Fabienne-Coudray Meisel has a passion for That Which is Beautiful.
So once her optical studies and her experience as an optician taught her a taste for those miraculous little objects, so simple and yet so complex that once places between oneself and the worl, Fabiennes craving for the Beautiful finally took over.

At persons School of Design in Paris, she gets to master a style and techniques of her own. Back in Paris, with so much under her belt, Fabienne is ready, it is 1997, Volte Face is born. She designs, produces and distributes her first collection.
And since, with 4 collections a year and a distribution network that takes fer frames around the world more than 15 countries across Europe, Asia and America, her vision keeps evolving and expanding, breaking new ground at every corner.
